Complete the profile
Add the customer contact email, website, logo, compact workspace icon, colors, and time zone.

Invite staff
Open Team, enter the employee email, choose an appropriate role, and send the secure invitation.

Review plan usage
Settings shows storage and screen limits. Billing changes remain disabled until paid plans launch.
