Schedule playlists

Play different campaigns on selected days and times in the organization time zone.

What this does

Schedules override the screen’s default playlist only during their configured window.

Step by step

Confirm the time zone

Open Settings and verify the organization time zone before creating schedules.

Create a schedule

Choose the screen, playlist, active days, start time, and end time.

Avoid overlap

The app prevents conflicting schedule windows for the same screen.

Monitor playback

Keep the screen online so schedule changes arrive promptly; cached content protects against brief outages.
